Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

200g spaghetti

100g pancetta

2 large eggs

50g Pecorino cheese, grated

Freshly ground black pepper

Salt

Instructions

1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.

2. In a separate pan, cook the pancetta until crispy.

3. Beat the eggs and mix with grated Pecorino cheese.

4. Drain the pasta and combine immediately with the pancetta.

5. Remove from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture.

6. Season with black pepper and serve immediately.
