Ingredients
500g beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Egg noodles or rice, for serving
Instructions
Season beef strips with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown them in butter over medium-high heat. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
Gradually add beef broth, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
Return the beef to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream and heat through without boiling.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
